Track Order
Track your UK Paws order in a few simple steps.
1. Check your shipping email
Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation to the email you used at checkout. That email includes your tracking number and a carrier tracking link.
2. Check your order confirmation
Your order confirmation email also has your order number. Keep it handy if you need help from support.
3. Still need help?
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, or your tracking is not updating:
- Email us at support@ukpaws.com
- Or use our Contact page and include your order number and email
We typically reply within 24 hours on business days.
