Returns & exchanges

We want you and your pet to be happy. If something isn't right, you may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in resalable condition
• Personalized or opened grooming consumables may not be eligible
• Return shipping may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
